Congo Poultry is the umbrella structure comprising currently two subsidiaries.
Poussins Gertrude Congo is based in Congo-Brazzaville, Eggs For Congo in Congo-Kinshasa. Both focus on strengthening local poultry farming and food security. Each subsidiary operates within its local market, providing sustainable poultry solutions. At the same time the 2 companies benefit from each other by f.e. exchanging technical knowledge. And, by combining the hatchery capacities, Congo Poultry is able to serve big farms in both countries that aim to buy local products at fair prices.

Eggs For Congo
Based in the Democratic Republic of Congo, is committed to strengthening food security by boosting local poultry production. The company implements a dual-purpose poultry system that supports both egg and meat production, making it well-suited for rural areas. With a strong foundation in the local community, the initiative not only tackles food insecurity but also promotes the empowerment of women and youth entrepreneurship.
Poussins Gertrude Congo
Poussins Gertrude Congo is located in Pointe Noire at the West coast of Congo Brazzaville.
The company has been established already for more than 15 years. PGC is known in the market for its quality products, including day old chicken and small poultry materials.
PGC owns a Parent Stock farm where it houses ISA Brown PS and since 2023 also SASSO PS. The hatchery avails 2 incubators and recently also 2 hatchers, allowing the company to be very flexible in chicken offering to the market.
